Who am I?

For as long as I can remember, I have had an obsession with swimming. Born in Wales, I arrived in Australia in 2004 with very limited swimming experience. That is where the journey started…I began swimming when I was 11 years old at my local club. Fast forward to now, I am currently living on the Gold Coast where I coach myself, but I swim under Trinity Aquatic with Head Coach, Anthony Heath.

I am so proud to represent my country, Australia, and have swam for the nation every year since making the Australian Swim Team in 2014. After coming away with a Bronze Medal at the Rio Olympics for the 4x100 medley relay and a Silver Medal in the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games for 200m butterfly. I have now returned from Tokyo where I competed at my second Olympics.
